ΠΕΓΠ PASS Terms of Use

1. What this service is

ΠΕΓΠ PASS is an unofficial trainer for the ΠΕΓΠ exam (Πιστοποιητικό Επαρκών Γνώσεων για Πολιτογράφηση — Certificate of Adequate Knowledge for Naturalisation). It runs as a Telegram Mini App and at pegppass.com.

We are not affiliated with the Greek Ministry of Interior, the Centre for the Greek Language or any public authority. Questions are based on the officially published ΠΕΓΠ exam topic bank; translations, explanations and the interface are ours. Inaccuracies are possible; official publications remain the authoritative source.

2. No guarantee of passing

The trainer helps you prepare but does not guarantee that you will pass. Readiness scores and AI feedback are guidance, not a prediction of the official result.

3. Free and full access

Some questions are free. Full access is unlocked by payment, a promo code, or during periods when access is open to everyone. Your access end date is shown in your profile.

4. Payment

Inside Telegram, payments are made in Telegram Stars; the final price is shown in the Telegram payment window. On pegppass.com you pay by card in euro via Stripe after signing in; prices include VAT.

The monthly subscription renews automatically until you cancel it: in Telegram (Settings → My Stars → Subscriptions) or on the website (Profile → Manage subscription). The 7-day, 6-month and 1-year plans are one-time payments. If you already have access, new days are added to its end date.

The seller is a private individual (Lidia Panova). The product is digital; access opens right after payment is confirmed.

Right of withdrawal: for digital content you can normally withdraw within 14 days. However, by purchasing you expressly request immediate access and agree that the right of withdrawal is lost once the content starts being provided. Our refund policy (14 days, fewer than 20 answered questions) applies in addition, in your favour.

5. Refunds and payment support

You can request a refund within 14 days of payment if you have answered fewer than 20 questions. If payment went through but access did not open, we always refund in full. Details: pegppass.com/refund.

For help: /paysupport in the bot or support@pegppass.com. A refund removes the paid days and cancels auto-renewal.

6. Guarantee: 30 days if you do not pass the exam

Applies if you had any paid plan active within the 30 days before the exam. Free access and promo codes do not count.

Contact us through “Feedback” within 30 days after the results are published and attach a screenshot of your result. You may hide personal details other than the result itself.

We will add 30 days of free access. You can activate them at any time within 6 months.

The guarantee is provided once per user and cannot be exchanged for a cash refund.

7. Fair use

Do not try to bypass limits, bulk-copy the question bank or resell access. We may restrict access in case of abuse.

8. Changes
